- Google Pixel Fold: Google also announced the Pixel Fold, its first foldable smartphone. The Pixel Fold features a 7.6-inch foldable AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Google’s latest Tensor G2 chip and has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The phone also has a triple-lens rear camera system with a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide sensor, and a 48MP telephoto sensor.
According to Google’s representative, the Pixel Fold “combines sensor G2, android innovation and AI for an incredible phone that unfolds into an incredible, compact tower. It is the only foldable engineer by Google to adapt to how you want to use it with a familiar front display that works great when it is folded. And when it is unfolded it is our thinnest phone yet and the thinnest foldable on the market”.
The Pixel Fold is now available for preorder starting at $1,799 and is set to ship in June 2023. - Google Demoes the Future of Search with AI Snapshot at the Top
Google is working on a new feature for its search engine that will show an AI snapshot of the top result at the top of the search results page. This snapshot will provide a quick overview of the result, including a headline, a short summary, and relevant images.
